To book an appointment (“Appointment”) at an Ephemeral studio, you must select a date and time on our Booking Service (“Booking Service”) on our Website. Payments will be charged at the time of rendering of the professional service. By booking an appointment on the Website, you agree to pay the fee indicated for the booked service to Ephemeral using one of our Payment Processors (defined below insection 1.5 Payment)) for the state in which the booked service is being provided, as applicable.
